“Erik started training me via Zoom mid 2020. Working with him has become a weekly bright spot in my quarantine schedule. I told him I needed to get more cardio and he came up with this super fun boxing routine with an excellent playlist to go with it. We have the best time! I also have a few injuries to work around and it’s never a problem. He has an intuitive approach to exercise so I never feel pressured to push myself beyond what’s right for my level. He encourages me to listen to my body and “go with the flow.” I love his approach. It makes training feel fun and free all while I’m dripping sweat!”
